Analytics and tracking
Optional analytics are currently disabled by default. If optional analytics are enabled in a future release, they will remain off until you opt in through the consent controls.
This site does not load advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or cross-site profiling scripts as part of the current implementation.
Information you send directly
If you contact Joseph Gabito by email or through LinkedIn, the information you choose to send is used only to review and respond to your inquiry. That information may be retained as long as needed to manage the conversation, ongoing work, or legal obligations.
Lawful basis and rights
Where privacy laws such as the GDPR apply, the lawful basis for essential storage is legitimate interest in operating the site and honoring your display preferences. Optional analytics, if enabled later, would rely on consent.
